Digital signal :- Bit rate- number of bit per second (bps).
Bit interval- duration of one bit.
A signal in which the original information is converted into a string of bits before being transmitted. Aradio signal, for example, will be either on or off. Digital signals can be sent for long distances and sufferless interference than analog signals.
An alternative form of signal transmission is that of sequence of number, each number representing the signal magnitude of time.
The resulting signal is called a digital signal.
Digital messages are constructed with a finite number of symbols, since a digital signal is represent only by digits, therefore there can use any number system to represent a digital signal.
