The DELETE statement is used to delete rows in a table.

To delete the customer "Alfreds Futterkiste" from the "Customers" table.
We use the following SQL statement:
DELETE FROM Customers
WHERE CustomerName='Alfreds Futterkiste' AND ContactName='Maria Anders';
